Volleyball Recap: Johnston Triumphs

The Johnston Panthers earned a 3-1 victory over the Central Knights on Monday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Johnston had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-19, 25-19, 25-23.

Johnston now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Johnston will host Mt. Hope at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central, they will venture away from home to square off against Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
