West won the last time they faced Clifton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Trojans came out on top against the Cubs by a score of 5-2.

Easton Rinewalt was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Cason Carroll, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

West's win bumped their record up to 12-7-1. As for Clifton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13-2.

West will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cubs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
