Baseball Recap: Argonaut Comes Up Short

Argonaut lost to Antelope back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Mustangs lost 11-1 to the Titans. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Mustangs, who until this contest were averaging 3.4 runs allowed.

Argonaut saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Grady Nash, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

This is the second loss in a row for Argonaut and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Antelope, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Coming up, Argonaut is taking a road trip to face off against Calaveras at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Antelope, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Grant at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
