Basketball Recap: Perrin-Whitt Victorious

Perrin-Whitt hadn't done well against Throckmorton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Perrin-Whitt Pirates walked away with a 54-42 victory over the Throckmorton Greyhounds. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Greyhounds back in January, they had to take a 36-30 defeat.

Perrin-Whitt now has a winning record of 15-14. As for Throckmorton, their loss dropped their record down to 10-16.

Perrin-Whitt will be playing at home against Garner at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Throckmorton, they will venture away from home to challenge Bryson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
