Basketball Game Preview: South Haven Rams vs. Allegan Tigers

The South Haven Rams will head out to challenge the Allegan Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

South Haven came up short against Hackett Catholic Prep on Monday, falling 71-48.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Allegan duked it out with Parchment on Tuesday. Allegan fell 26-16 to Parchment. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Allegan's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for South Haven, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 13-5 record this season.

South Haven was able to grind out a solid victory over Allegan in their previous meeting back in January, winning 43-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Haven since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
