Baseball Recap: Chalker Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Chalker's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Bristol Panthers on Monday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in April.

Chalker saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zach Pack, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Chalker's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Bristol, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Chalker and Bristol will both be playing Badger the next time they take the field. The Panthers will head out to face the Braves at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
