Lewistown waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Quad Cities Christian Eagles. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Lewistown not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Quad Cities Christian between 17 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17.

Lewistown now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Quad Cities Christian, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5.

Coincidentally, Lewistown and Quad Cities Christian will both be playing East Moline United the next time they take the court. The Indians will head out to face the Panthers at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 2:30 p.m.
