After losing to Newark Central the last time they met, Verona decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Verona Hillbillies enjoyed a cozy 53-39 victory over the Newark Central Blue Devils on Saturday.

Verona now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Newark Central, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
