Soccer Recap: Bravo Comes Up Short

Bravo lost against Marshall back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bravo Knights fell just short of the Marshall Barristers by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, the Knights can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 970th, while the Barristers are ranked 189th).

This is the second loss in a row for Bravo and nudges their season record down to 3-6-1. As for Marshall, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3.

Bravo will welcome Lincoln at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bravo is facing Lincoln at the right time seeing as Lincoln is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Marshall, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Robert F. Kennedy Community on the 1st.
