East View waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Elgin Wildcats onto the board and left with a 5-0 win. For the Patriots, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

East View hit Elgin with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Javier Torres (2), Damian Cantu, Levi Zavala, and Hector Morales.

East View's win bumped their record up to 7-2-3. As for Elgin, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Hendrickson the next time they take the pitch. East View will head out to face Hendrickson at 7:15 p.m. on Friday, while Elgin will head out to face them at 7:15 p.m. on February 18th.
