Browning had lost ten straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 0-7 to make it 11. They came up short against the Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries, falling 23-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings & Valkyries this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 31-1 back in April.

As for Bigfork, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by six runs or more this season.

For Bigfork's part, Sam Plummer was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one home run, three stolen bases, and six RBI. Plummer is becoming a predictor of the Vikings & Valkyries' success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is undefeated (and 2-3 when he doesn't).
