Corry put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their undefeated season alive. They blew past the Mercyhurst Prep Lakers 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Beavers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-8, 25-10.

Grace Allen paced Corry's offense, picking up 11 kills. Allen got some help from Haley Mumau and her 18 assists. Naomi Brown controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Corry's victory bumped their record up to 24-0-3. As for Mercyhurst Prep, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Corry is set to take on their familiar foe Girard at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mercyhurst Prep will square off against rival Cathedral Prep at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
