Soccer Recap: E.E. Smith vs. Triton
E.E. Smith lost against Triton back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The E.E. Smith Golden Bulls came up short against the Triton Hawks, falling 4-1. The Golden Bulls haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
E.E. Smith's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Triton, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. E.E. Smith will head out to square off against Overhills at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. E.E. Smith is facing Overhills at the right time seeing as Overhills is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Triton, they will face off against Terry Sanford at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Triton is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
