After only one run in their last match, Latexo made sure to put some runs up on the board against Normangee on Thursday. The Tigers never let the Panthers get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won nine contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Latexo's victory was their eighth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-6. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.1 runs over those games. As for Normangee, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Latexo beat Normangee by a score of 13-1 later that day.
