Farragut strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Powell Panthers by a score of 3-1. Given Farragut's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked eighth, while Powell are ranked 120th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Farragut hit Powell with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gavin Samples, Caleb Gahagan, and Adrian D'Aloisio.

Farragut's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Powell, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3-1.

Farragut didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Westminster on the 28th. As for Powell, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-2 draw against Knoxville Catholic on the 27th.
