The biggest upset of the week belonged to Wayne, who took down 236th ranked Wayne, 34-28.

Waterloo moved up to 386 from 429 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Section 5 Finger Lakes - East. The Indians climbed the ranks as a result of a 34-28 win over the Eagles.

Palmyra-Macedon's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Stephen Morrell threw for 253 and three touchdowns and Michael McGinn had 94 yards receiving. On the ground Jacob Bleier chipped in 38 yards. Joshua Lennon helped Palmyra-Macedon's passing attack out by catching four balls for 78 yards.

The Red Raiders' Morrell and Lennon have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Morrell has thrown for 1435 yards this season, while Lennon, a 6-foot-1 receiver, has 24 catches for 609 yards. Wayne's Justin Morrison leads the league in rushing yards with 450.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Dave Marean's team takes on Geneva. As it stands, the Eagles are in fourth, while the Panthers are in first.

Geneva extended the longest winning streak in Section 5 Finger Lakes - East this week by beating Penn Yan Academy, 54-8. This was the team's sixth consecutive win.
