Worcester Academy's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Deerfield Academy Big Green. This was payback for the Hilltoppers, who suffered a 10-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Jackson Charney spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on three hits and racked up 11 Ks.

On the hitting side, Shaun Dwyer was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of James Tillinghast, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Worcester Academy has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Deerfield Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
