Volleyball Recap: Marie Philip Takes a Loss

After flying high against Rhode Island School for the Deaf on Wednesday, Marie Philip came back down to earth. The Galloping Ghosts came up short against the Bancroft Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Galloping Ghosts of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-13, 25-7.

Marie Philip's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Marie Philip will face off against New York School for the Deaf at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Bancroft has already played their next contest (against Pingree), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
