Volleyball Game Preview: Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers vs. Garrison Forest Grizzlies

The Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers will challenge the Garrison Forest Grizzlies at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Wednesday, Archbishop Spalding came up short against St. Paul's Girls and fell 3-1.

Archbishop Spalding started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-23, 25-21, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Garrison Forest waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Magic by a score of 3-1.

Garrison Forest got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 30-28, 23-25, 25-21, 25-15.

Archbishop Spalding's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Garrison Forest, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.
