Basketball Recap: Abilene Christian Panthers vs. Brady Bulldogs
Abilene Christian had won nine straight home games dating back to last season and Bryinn Waggoner did his part to make it ten on Saturday. The Abilene Christian Panthers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Brady Bulldogs 82-54 thanks in part to Waggoner, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and ten steals. What's more, he also racked up three threes, the most he's had since back in December of 2023.
Abilene Christian was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Abilene Christian's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Brady, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
