Soccer Game Preview: Fox Tech vs. Highlands

The Fox Tech Buffaloes will head out on the road to face off against the Highlands Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fox Tech is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.

Fox Tech came up short against Edison on Tuesday, falling 7-1.

Meanwhile, Highlands kept a clean sheet against Sam Houston on Wednesday. They blew past the Hurricanes 7-0. Highlands have beaten Sam Houston the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Sam Houston has come to flipping the script.

Highlands' offense was hitting Sam Houston from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Julian Sanchez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Fox Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Highlands, they now have a winning record of 8-7-1.
