Basketball Recap: Lazbuddie Takes a Loss

Lazbuddie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They were beaten by the Loop Longhorns 82-38. While losing is never fun, Lazbuddie can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1633rd, while Loop is ranked 642nd).

Lazbuddie's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Loop, the victory (which was their 18th in a row) raised their record to 18-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lazbuddie will take on Kress at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Loop, they will square off against Meadow at 7:45 p.m. on January 7, 2025.
