Basketball Recap: Ogemaw Heights Takes a Loss

Ogemaw Heights lost against Garber back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Ogemaw Heights Falcons took a blow against the Garber Dukes, falling 58-17. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 595th, while the Dukes are ranked 248th).

Ogemaw Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Garber, they pushed their record up to 9-12 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Ogemaw Heights will venture away from home to take on St. Louis at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Garber, they will face off against Standish-Sterling at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th.
