Colonia waltzed into their match on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took down the Piscataway Chiefs 73-56. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 80-61 back in December of 2024.

Colonia's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-1. As for Piscataway, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-3 record.

Colonia and Piscataway should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings. Colonia (ranked seventh) will meet Hightstown (ranked 143rd) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Piscataway will square off against Carteret at 5:15 p.m. on Friday up 310 places (38 vs. 348).
