Volleyball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Rancho Verde Mustangs, falling 3-0. The Lancers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2022.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-16, 25-12.

Lakeside's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Rancho Verde, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

Coming up, Lakeside will head out to face off against Norco at 5:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Rancho Verde, they will face off against Moreno Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
