Soccer Game Preview: Staunton vs. Wilson Memorial

Staunton has won five straight games at home, while Wilson Memorial has won five straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Storm will welcome the Green Hornets at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Thursday, Staunton made easy work of Stuarts Draft and carried off a 6-1 victory. Staunton haven't had any issues with Stuarts Draft recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Wilson Memorial kept a clean sheet against Riverheads on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Gladiators. Wilson Memorial's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last seven games.

Staunton's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Wilson Memorial, their win bumped their record up to 10-0-1.
