St. Albans has gone a perfect 10-0 against Capital recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Red Dragons will host the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. The timing is sure in St. Albans' favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Capital has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road.

The home team had won the previous five meetings between St. Albans and Parkersburg, and St. Albans kept the tradition alive. The Red Dragons never let the Big Reds get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory on Wednesday. Considering the Red Dragons have won five matchups by more than ten runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Capital lost 17-6 to Spring Valley on Tuesday.

Jadan Bishop was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three stolen bases, and three runs. She has been hot for a while, having posted at least one stolen base the last ten times she's played. Kathryn Crowder was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

St. Albans' win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Capital, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-15.
