Volleyball Recap: Anderson County Bearcats vs. Marion County Knights
Anderson County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Marion County Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bearcats of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.
The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-13.
Anderson County's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Marion County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-11.
Anderson County will be playing in front of their home fans against Bourbon County at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Marion County, they are on the road again on Saturday to play Bryan Station at 1:00 p.m.
