Baseball Game Preview: Saratoga Falcons vs. Lynbrook Vikings

The Saratoga Falcons will square off against the Lynbrook Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Saratoga fell victim to Santa Clara and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bruins, falling 7-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Bruins: they've now lost six in a row.

Meanwhile, Lynbrook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 10-4 to Evergreen Valley.

Lynbrook saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Akira Gok, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

Saratoga's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Lynbrook, their loss dropped their record down to 4-13.

Everything went Saratoga's way against Lynbrook in their previous matchup back in March, as Saratoga made off with an 8-1 victory. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
