Halle Haynes Game Report: vs Sault Area

Halle Haynes put up the most hits she's had since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. She scored two runs while going 2-for-3, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She also hit a double, marking her first of the season.

Even though Haynes couldn't lead Marquette over Sault Area, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sadly, Haynes' big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Redmen's six-game streak of wins at home. With the streak broken, Haynes and the Redmen surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Tuesday's match.
