Volleyball Recap: Seven Lakes Wins Going Away Against Cinco Ranch

Seven Lakes had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Cinco Ranch on Tuesday. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cougars. The contest marked the Spartans' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Seven Lakes never let Cinco Ranch on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 27-25.

Among those leading the charge was Keira Do, who had 22 assists and seven digs. Those 22 assists gave her a new career-high. Emma Sabelli also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Seven Lakes pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Cinco Ranch, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.
