Holyoke had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 55-44 win over the St. Francis Indians on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won five in a row.

Holyoke can attribute much of their success to Colby Weber, who went 7-for-16 to rack up 19 points and three steals. That's the most steals Weber has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaden Herman, who put up nine points and six rebounds.

Holyoke wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-39 win against Burlington on the 6th. As for St. Francis, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 44-42 victory against Golden Plains on the 11th.
