Howell strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Brighton Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Highlanders were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Bulldogs, so the Highlanders were just returning the favor.

Not much got past Allison Ulanowski, who gave up just three hits to keep Brighton off the board.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Addison Caldwell, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was Zoey Overton, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Howell pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

They will have a chance to go back-to-back against Brighton: the pair will be back at it again later today.
