Recap: Grant Lancers vs. Liberty Patriots
The Grant Lancers's game on Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 72-57 victory over Liberty. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
It was another big night for WILLIAM OVERTON, who scored 23 points along with nine rebounds. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for him. Omree Bentov was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with seven rebounds.
Grant is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. As for Liberty, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-7.
