Game recap

Mike White threw for four touchdowns as University (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) beat Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, Fla.) 47-20 on Saturday.

The Suns were up 20-13 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown pass by White to Jordan Cunningham in the second quarter.

Each side put up seven points during the third quarter, and the fourth quarter began with the margin still at seven.

A 20-point fourth quarter was enough to cement the win for University, as it pushed the final margin of victory to 27.

Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 45-16 win for UHS.

The loss snapped the Lions' 3-game winning streak.

University (5-0) goes up against Leesburg in a non-conference game matchup next week, while Chaminade-Madonna (3-1) locks horns with Archbishop Carroll in a 3A District 8 game.
