Recap: Rio Vista Rams vs. San Juan Spartans
The Rio Vista Rams waltzed into their contest on Friday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They blew past San Juan 67-20 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Rio Vista has managed all season.
Isaiah Holley continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashlynd Rhett, who scored 15 points along with four steals.
Rio Vista is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for San Juan, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.
Rio Vista will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Golden Sierra at 7:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for San Juan, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Vacaville Christian at 7:30 p.m.
