Center Hill is 7-1 against Saltillo since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Center Hill Mustangs will host the Saltillo Tigers at 7:30 p.m. Center Hill is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Center Hill came up short against Lake Cormorant and fell 57-50.

Meanwhile, Saltillo unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Thursday. They came up short against Olive Branch, falling 93-71. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (68), the Tigers still had to take the loss.

Despite the defeat, Saltillo saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Crayden Shannon went 7 for 16 on his way to 16 points and six rebounds. The contest was Shannon's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Shannon, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 10 points.

Center Hill's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Saltillo, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-5.

Center Hill didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Saltillo in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but they still walked away with a 48-42 win. Does Center Hill have another victory up their sleeve, or will Saltillo turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
