Volleyball Recap: Naperville North Takes a Loss

Naperville North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Metea Valley Mustangs. The Huskies were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Naperville North may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 16 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-16.

Naperville North's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Metea Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.

Naperville North didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Downers Grove North on the 30th. As for Metea Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Benet Academy on the 30th.
