Robert DeMateo was a major factor in Farragut's win over Chicago Academy on Wednesday. DeMateo turned in his biggest game of the season, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
