Baseball Recap: Caledonia Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Caledonia and Pine Island squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Caledonia had to settle for second. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 6-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost three in a row.

Caledonia's defeat dropped their record down to 16-8. As for Pine Island, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 20-5.

As of now, neither Caledonia nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
