Anabel Acosta gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in March on Tuesday. She turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

Acosta's effort led North Eugene over Ashland and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
