Volleyball Game Preview: West Allis Central Bulldogs vs. Martin Luther Spartans

The West Allis Central Bulldogs will square off against the Martin Luther Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Martin Luther took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on West Allis Central, who comes in off a win.

If South Milwaukee/St. Thomas More wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played West Allis Central, they should've done a better job of containing Alex McMillin. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over South Milwaukee/St. Thomas More on Wednesday with plenty of help from McMillin, who had seven digs and three aces. He has been hot, having also posted 18 or more assists the last five times he's played.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-20, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Martin Luther was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pewaukee.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-11, 23-25, 25-20.

Martin Luther's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for West Allis Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-15.
