Alex Anthony named National Girls Soccer Player of the Week presented by Playtex Sport

Alex Anthony has helped the Warriors get to 13-1-0 this year, and that is part of the reason why she is the National Girls Soccer Player of the Week.
Alex Anthony can score goals, the stats prove it. The video also proves that she can do it with more than just her feet.
The 5-foot-5 sophomore forward from
Arapahoe (Littleton, Colo.) won the game against Smoky Hill by putting herself in a great position for a ball coming up from midfield, then heading it in. The goal broke a 1-all tie and gave the Warriors a victory to improve to 10-1-0.
Arapahoe is now 13-1-0 and Anthony has played a huge role in that, with 14 goals and four assists.
