Basketball Recap: Unalaska Comes Up Short

Unalaska was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 40-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Redington Huskies. The match marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Unalaska's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Redington, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Unalaska will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dillingham on February 7th. As for Redington, they will face off against Mt. Edgecumbe at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
