Recap: Savannah Savages vs. Chillicothe Hornets
The Savannah Savages were the 49-48 winner over the Chillicothe Hornets when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. Savannah took a 51-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chillicothe on Saturday. Savannah has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Chillicothe got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jaishon White out in front who scored 14 points along with 6 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Alijah HIbner, who scored 12 points.
Savannah's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chillicothe, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Savannah will square off against Gallatin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Chillicothe's road trip will continue as they head out to face Trenton at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th.
