Basketball Game Preview: Warren County Screaming Devils vs. Greene County Tigers + Official Tickets

For the first time this season, Warren County will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They and the Greene County Tigers will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Saturday, Warren County came up short against Hancock Central and fell 67-56.

Meanwhile, Greene County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 68-55 to Morgan County. On the bright side, the 55- point effort marked the Tigers' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Warren County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Greene County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Warren County ended up a good deal behind Greene County in their previous matchup back in February, losing 76-61. Can the Screaming Devils avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
