Softball Recap: Central Noble Cougars vs. Knox Redskins
In their third game on Saturday, the Central Noble Cougars were able to grind out a solid win over the Knox Redskins, taking the game 9-4.
Kensy Kimmell was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off nine hits (and not a single walk). Kimmell has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in five consecutive pitching appearances.
