Midland waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the Pecos Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Bulldogs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 26th (when they won 3-0).

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Midland was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-9, 25-10.

Midland's win bumped their record up to 22-7. As for Pecos, they dropped their record down to 2-14 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Midland will host Wylie at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pecos, they will venture away from home to face off against Presidio at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
