Basketball Recap: North Dallas Adventist Academy Comes Up Short

North Dallas Adventist Academy lost against Chisholm Trail Academy last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel took a blow against the Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers, falling 71-43. The Sentinel have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, North Dallas Adventist Academy still got an impressive performance from Boomer Frain, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 16 rebounds.

Mateo Marquez had a dynamite game for Chisholm Trail Academy, going 8 of 16 on his way to 22 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave Marquez a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Castro, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds.

North Dallas Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6.

North Dallas Adventist Academy will head out to face off against Yavneh Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Yavneh Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.3 points per game this season. As for Chisholm Trail Academy, they will host Highlands at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Chisholm Trail Academy knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully Highlands likes a good challenge.
