Soccer Recap: DeMotte Christian Comes Up Short

DeMotte Christian lost against Boone Grove back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Knights came up short against Wolves, falling 3-0. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but DeMotte Christian couldn't quite close it out.

DeMotte Christian has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season. As for Boone Grove, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. DeMotte Christian will face off against Winamac at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Winamac will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last. As for Boone Grove, they will square off against Hammond Morton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
